Common Use

Brahmi is a Himalaya herbal product. It is a pure herb extract in capsule form. It helps benefit memory capacity, increase concentration, and reduce stress-induced anxiety. 

Dosage and direction

Follow the directions for using this herbal supplement provided by your physician. Take your herbal supplement exactly as directed. It is usually recommended to take one capsule twice daily before meals.
